Alli embarked on her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2017 as a Registered Behavior Technician, discovering a profound passion for supporting children and families affected by Autism through behavior analytic services. She earned her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2019 with a certificate in Autism. Since then, she has developed expertise on addressing high-risk behavior, early intervention, adaptive living, and social skills in addition to teaching graduate students and supervising their fieldwork hours in ABA.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Alli playing in the mountains – skiing, hiking, camping and of course spending time with her husband and Mini Australian Shepherd, Leo.
