Employee SMS Opt-In Policy

By signing your offer letter, you acknowledge and agree that Attain ABA may send you employment-related text messages (“SMS Communications”), which may include operational updates, scheduling notices, policy reminders, safety alerts, and other information relevant to your position or Attain ABA’s operations. These messages may be sent using automated technology, and your signature serves as your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC regulations, and any applicable state laws.

You understand that:

1. Message & Data Rates
   Standard carrier message and data rates may apply, and you are solely responsible for any such charges.

2. Voluntary Consent
   Your consent to receive SMS Communications is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, unless otherwise permitted by law.

3. Opt-Out Rights
   You may opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to any Attain ABA text message. You may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.

4. State-Specific Requirements
   This disclosure is intended to comply with federal law and applicable state communication and privacy statutes. Attain ABA will honor any additional rights provided under relevant state law.
