Our insurance verification team will verify insurance eligibility and reach out to you immediately upon verification to begin the track for the initial intake process.
To begin the initial intake process a Clinical Services Coordinator is assigned to your child. The Clinical Services Coordinator assist with completion of the initial intake forms and coordinate ABA services for your child. Once this is completed, the Clinical Supervisor will be scheduled for initial assessment for the child’s program.
Once the Clinical Supervisor completes the child’s program, and insurance approves it, the Client Services Coordinator will place the technician in the home with your child. The Clinical Supervisor and the technician will work together to begin and maintain your child’s program with you and your child’s clinical team.
