Karen blends her clinical expertise and 20+ years of experience to create and foster a culture of compliance throughout the entire organization so that constant improvement is embraced and accessible. Her knowledge and adherence to industry best practices ensure that Attain is always striving for the highest levels of operational, clinical, and regulatory practices.
Karen's 20 years of clinical and operational experience in the special needs and autism community includes her time as a speech-language pathologist for autistic children and Clinical Director and COO of a special needs agency.
Casey has been a BCBA since 2013 and has been practicing ABA therapy in Virginia and Maryland for more than 11 years. She received a BS in Psychology, a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism, and is currently a doctoral candidate in Strategic Leadership. Casey loves working in ABA because she can impact the lives of so many children and her colleagues, and it has allowed her to meet the most incredible children and families.
