Karen blends her clinical expertise and 20+ years of experience to create and foster a culture of compliance throughout the entire organization so that constant improvement is embraced and accessible. Her knowledge and adherence to industry best practices ensure that Attain is always striving for the highest levels of operational, clinical, and regulatory practices.

Karen's 20 years of clinical and operational experience in the special needs and autism community includes her time as a speech-language pathologist for autistic children and Clinical Director and COO of a special needs agency.

Elias has been a BCBA since 2015 and has been in the field of behavioral health for over 12 years. With an M.S. in counseling and an M.Ed. in ABA, Elias has significant experience serving children and teenagers with ASD, impulse control difficulties, attention difficulties, and poor emotional regulation. Elias is driven to provide his team the support, education, and tools needed to help clients succeed no matter the difficulties they face. 

Rhiannon V. Bailey, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Rhiannon has been impacting individuals with disabilities in Virginia for almost two decades. Her diverse experience in ABA therapy, intellectual disability services, therapeutic day treatment, and crisis support has positioned her to successfully lead Attain's Virginia team since 2021 and support the growth of her team and kiddos throughout the state.

Joe has been practicing ABA for more than ten years and specializes in topics ranging from organizational behavior management to precision teaching and instructional design. He takes a constructional approach to clinical and organizational issues, leveraging client and staff strengths to foster positive change.

Valerie Hunter, MS BCBA LBA

Clinical Director - Colorado

Valerie graduated from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2014 and became board-certified in 2015. Since then, she has worked with children and adults with ASD and other intellectual disabilities in various settings, including homes, centers, and group homes. Valerie enjoys helping clinicians grow and develop their skill sets and bringing services to new, underserved communities.

Tanya Tompkins M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director - Arizona/Nebraska

Tanya is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is licensed in Arizona.  She received her undergraduate degree in Child Development from Northern Illinois University and holds a Master of Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University. Tanya has been practicing ABA since 2014, providing ABA treatment to children and young adults with ASD and a variety of other developmental, emotional, and behavioral disorders within the home, school, and community settings. Tanya is passionate about caregiver empowerment, client advocacy, and fostering each individual's unique interests. Tanya strives to make meaningful changes for each family she services using the principles of ABA. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and exploring the beauty of Arizona.
